Opening hours, where to find us, and how our plant warranty and returns work.
From April 6 through November 1 we are open Monday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm, Saturday 8 am to 5 pm, and Sunday 10 am to 4 pm.
Winter hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm.

Yes. On cash and carry plant material we credit 50% of the purchase price once, toward replacement of trees, shrubs, perennials and evergreens that fail to grow through the first year from the date of purchase.
When our own crew plants trees, evergreens, shrubs and perennials in the ground, we provide a one year 100% warranty. Either way the warranty depends on you following our planting, maintenance and watering instructions, and a receipt is required for any claim. There is no warranty on annuals.
Perennials, shrubs and trees may be exchanged or returned within 5 days of purchase, provided the plant has not been removed from the pot it was bought in, has been well cared for, and is of the same quality it was when purchased. A receipt is required.
Returns are given as in-store credit in full, or a refund less a 5% restocking fee. There are no returns or exchanges on annuals, sale items or special-order plant material.
We do. Trees, shrubs and perennials can be delivered, along with bulk mulch, rock and landscape soil, so you are not working out how to get a balled tree home. Ask us when you order and we will sort the heavy lifting.
