What we do with your details
We collect the minimum needed to reply to an enquiry, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we store your name, email address, what the enquiry is about, the town or city you gave, and your message. Nothing else is captured.
Why we hold it
Solely to answer you, and to keep a record of an order or a landscape project if one goes ahead. We do not add you to our newsletter from this form, and we never sell or share these details with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted after twenty-four months. Correspondence attached to an order or an installation is kept for as long as the plant warranty on that work could still be claimed, and then deleted.
Asking us to delete it
Email staff@knechts.net and we will remove your details and confirm within five working days. You do not need to give a reason.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Any analytics we run are aggregate and cannot identify an individual visitor.
